What size should I choose?

Always choose your size unless the description states the product is ‘Oversized’ or provides recommendations based on the material (elasticity/spandex/PU/etc.). We encourage you to always check product descriptions for details regarding material and fit of the item.

Do you offer Free Shipping for internationally?

At the moment we do not. We hope to bring this option or similar in fashion to the entire world soon. International shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

How can I get Free Shipping?

FREE shipping is currently offered for U.S. customers only.

Simply add items to your cart totaling over $100 or more to qualify for this freebie. Add an accessory or cute top to get you this amazing deal.

We may also offer free shipping through another promotional offer; details regarding promotional offers are always delivered to our VIP Babes first and then to the public.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, of course you can as long as your refund request meets our company's terms and conditions (see our 'Return Policy' for more information).

It is important to ensure you are 100% sure of your purchase before checking out as we do not make changes to received orders.

Of course, we understand that there can be a change of heart. We offer full refunds if you are not satisfied or changed your mind about your purchased item. Please note that a full refund is only provided upon request (within 14 days of your order) and your returned purchased order meets specific conditions (see ‘Return & Refund Policy’ for acceptable conditions).

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer a refund. You still have the opportunity to receive store credit upon approval of your return.

*We do not offer refunds on items marked final sale, modified products, missing product tag labels or attached accessories, custom orders, or gift items (gift card purchases or items marked as gift). All gift card purchases that are returned will receive store credit only.

Our return policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you store credit.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with label tagging still attached. Missing tag labels and/or modifications to the product (i.e. alterations, washing, markings, etc.) forfeits the right to be returned and accepted for refund, store credit, or exchange.

Unfortunately, we will not offer refunds nor accept returns or exchanges on sale items. ALL FINAL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL!

Do you offer pick-up options for local customers?

Yes, we offer local pick-up to our customers near us. Our D.C., Maryland, and Virginia customers can choose the local pick-up option at checkout.
