Return Policy

It is important to ensure you are 100% sure of your purchase before checking out as we do not make changes to received orders.

Of course, we understand that there can be a change of heart. We offer full refunds on regular price items if your returned purchased order meets specific conditions (see below).

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds nor accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE FINAL!

Our return policy lasts 14-21 days for refund/store credit.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase delivery, we cannot offer a refund. If we receive your returned order on the 15th day up until the 21st day and it’s accepted per our return guidelines, you have the opportunity of receiving store credit only.

If 21 days have passed since your purchase delivery, we cannot offer you store credit.

Store Policy Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return inquiry must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for refund nor return.

Modifications to the product (i.e. alterations, washing, markings (makeup/deodorant/markers/pencils), perfume/scented smells, etc.) or missing garment/shoe embellishments forfeits the right to be returned and accepted for refund or store credit.

Any item received that do not meet the specified conditions mentioned above and hereon in this policy will be refused as an acceptable return.

We also do not accept returned products that are intimate, swimwear, accessories, customized, clearance, or final sale items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and next steps.

Please do not try to send us an item you know would not meet our criteria for a return.

If we receive your item and it does not meet the conditions herein our policy, we will charge a delivery fee based on current shipping partners rates to ship the product back to you.

A’TORI reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team at atorifashion@gmail.com to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

Refund:

Refunds are only provided granted we are in receipt of your request and returned item(s) within 14 days of your delivered order. The sooner you notify us and ship item(s) back, the better. We recommend notifying us of your refund request within 24-48 hours after order delivery.

Once your item is returned to us and inspected to ensure it meets all store’s policy conditions, see our listed conditions above, your refund will be processed/credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of your approved return. This timing varies by financial institution; you could see your refund sooner than the projected timeframe.

Unfortunately you will not be able to receive a refund if we do not receive your return within 14 days of your request. If your return is received 15 days after your order, you will be given store credit.

*We do not offer refunds on items marked final sale, modified products, missing product tag labels or attached accessories, custom orders, or gift items (gift card purchases or items marked as gift). All gift card purchases that are returned will receive store credit only.

Store Credit:

Store credit is issued to you once your return is inspected and meets all the conditions aforementioned. Store credit is issued in the form of an ATORI gift card that is valid within the year it is activated.

Damaged/Defective Items:

To ensure utmost product quality, we check all of our merchandise before processing. However, in the rare occurrence that damaged items are received, we will accept the return of a defective order. Please email us photo evidence of the damaged merchandise to atorifashion@gmail.com; the return inquiry must be done within 7 days of your order’s ship date. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will follow up via email with your return instructions. Your return will be processed after the returning shipment has been received by our store.

Note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing. Any damage due to errors not caused by us is not allowed to be returned. Please be mindful of jewelry near garments to avoid tears and try on your shoes with socks on carpeted areas to avoid ruining the soles. 

Shipping:

You will be given shipping information on where to return your product after your return request is approved.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are Non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and these options with shipping carriers protect your package in the event something goes awry with the delivery partners’ transit service.
